1. How the Service Process Works
To ensure complete transparency and efficiency, we follow a simple 5-step repair workflow:
Step 1: Booking & Check-In
You can book a service by calling us directly at (224) 471-0693 or by submitting a Service Request online through the Customer Portal. When you drop off your truck or trailer, our team registers the vehicle’s VIN, Make, Model, and your specific complaints.
Step 2: Diagnostics & Inspection
Our technicians perform a thorough diagnostic check and physical inspection to identify the exact cause of the issue and check for any additional safety concerns.
Step 3: Digital Estimate & Approval
We compile a detailed estimate listing all parts, labor hours, and pricing. This estimate is sent directly to your phone or email, and is also visible on your online portal.
- Note: We never start work without your digital signature and approval. No hidden fees, no surprises.
Step 4: Repair & Quality Testing
Once approved, our experienced technicians execute the repairs using high-quality parts. We run safety and diagnostic checks on all completed jobs before signing off.
Step 5: Secure Payment & Release
When the repairs are complete, you will receive an invoice. You can pay securely online via Stripe using a credit/debit card, or pay at the shop using cash or wire transfer. Once payment is processed, your vehicle is released back into service.
